Returns & Exchanges

At Centric, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused apparel or equipment in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
